Brienna, Rusty & Michelle--Halloween 2012

Brienna's dress she wore to the Stake Harvest Ball in Terreton the night before Halloween.
 She's so BEAUTIFUL!
even with the cheesy smile :D
Brienna was Little Red Riding Hood.
She wore this to school, but she wore pants when she went trick or treating.
 My 2 girls.
Ready to go visit Grandma's house--
Let's hope the big, bad wolf isn't there!
 Rusty's costume.
Alright--I like to find "unique" costumes each year & was ready to "settle" on using a repeat costume this year.  That is until I decided to be "Miss Matched".
I wore my hair 2 different ways, my make-up different on each side of my face...
And a different nylon & shoe on each side.  Also different earrings & jewelry.

Callum & Zane--Halloween 2012

Callum decided he was "Toilet Paper Man"
I told him he should have been a Mummy supplier.
I like how he decided to do something on his own (that I didn't have to make)
He was quite proud of his costume--he could have been a boy scout=="Be Prepared"
He went trick-or-treating with his friend, Nathaniel Baker
They had a lot of fun--and walked a LOT to get his bucket full of candy.
I tried to get a picture of Zane at school--but he used his ninja skills and avoided a good picture.
I wanted to take a picture of him before he left with his friends & so I told him to go out front by the pumpkins.  He told me to meet him in the back yard.
 Using his ninja skills

He was so fast this is what my first picture of our pumpkins looked like.
More ninja skills.

Halloween--Ben & Emmalee

I don't think you could ever find a cuter pirate!   "Arrggg"
He kept asking me why he needed the hook (since he has never seen "Peter Pan") so I told him that Captain Hook's hand was eaten by a crocodile & then he'd pull his hand out & say, "No it didn't--my hand is right here!"
 Hooking his neck.
Having fun at his pre-school party.
His class singing some Halloween songs to the parents.
Me (Michelle) & Ben at the 5th grade party (dropping off the pumpkin for "pass the brains" game)--at Dad's (Rusty) class.
 Watch out--hide your treasure! candy!
Playing at the school while we waited for Emmalee's party.
Trying out the vampire teeth from the 2nd grade party.
All ready to trick-or-treat.  He walked some, and after about an hour, they came back & took the van to finish.
 My sweet Minnie Mouse Emmalee.
Making a ghost, decorating a mini-pumpkin & eating treats at her party.
Being wrapped up like a mummy at the 2nd grade party.  It was nice to just go and "watch" at a party.  My only assignment was to bring cookies.  It's almost a first for me not to have planned games & activities.
 She's half-way wrapped!
Byron did a great job==they had to use the whole roll of toilet paper, and they finished about 2 seconds behind the first 2.
She had the most fun breaking out of her mummy wrap.
Emmalee all ready to go trick-or-treating.  This was one of the most mild Halloween's we've had ever (as far as weather goes).  It was almost 60 during the day, and about 40-45 when they were out trick-or-treating.  And no snow!  so it was fun for the kids.

Brienna took Emmalee and Benjamin and I was able to stay home and hand out the candy with Rusty.

Emmalee and Ben

We did something different with Emmalee's hair.  She wanted some pictures taken so she could "see" it.
I think it turned out quite cute!
This was for "wear red" on Red Ribbon week.
Zane came in the house last week & told me that Emmalee had a giant spider on her head.  I asked if he got if off her head, and he said he couldn't get it off.
I was just ready to stop cooking dinner and go outside (she was walking home from after-school) to help her {I could just "hear" her screaming and crying, frozen with fright & fear} when she walked in the door with a huge grin.  She made it at after school.
Ben loves having the cats inside--but if he isn't holding them, I make him put them on the towel (so we have less cat hair & hopefully no "surprises").
 And then he wants picture,
 after picture,
 after picture taken of him with the kitties.  {He insists on changing out of his "school" clothes everyday into other clothes.  I keep trying to convince him not to wear shorts since it is Autumn--I guess I just need to put all the shorts away}
 "Sleeping" by the cats.
 "Cheese!"
The bigger cat, Spike, is Ben's favorite.
He (the cat, that is) is more mellow & calm than the smaller one.
Ben wanted to have his nose right up to the camera for this picture at Emmalee's Halloween party.
