and made it up!

Monday morning, Dad, Pamela & I headed to Jackson (from Lander) about 7 am (in Pamela's car)
and we saw these 2 nice bucks just on the way out of town. We also saw elk, buffalo, other deer, antelope, great blue herons, sand hill cranes, hawks, pelicans, osprey, & a few other kinds of birds.
Here is our ride for the next month--a 2014 Ford Expedition.
Has a lot of fun"toys/gadgets"--like air conditioned front seats!
It was a beautiful day & view the whole way to Jackson. (Can't say quite the same for coming home because I was either reading the owners manual & playing with controls or driving & trying to figure out the vehicle!) It will be a very nice vehicle to be in for a month!
We actually have it all loaded up & read to go in the morning!
