Piano Recital, Polar Express & Santa

 My piano recital was on Sunday, Dec. 15th.  Emmalee performed great!

 helping her music stay on the piano!

 Callum started playing his own medley of Christmas songs in November & asked if he could perform at recital (I'm sure he just wanted the present I give to my students after the recital!)

 Brienna--her last Christmas recital :( 

All of my students except one that had to leave early.  I'm so pleased at how well they all did!  Next recital will be in May!

 The elementary students performed "The Polar Express" (based on the book & not the movie)

 Emmalee was a chef (on the left back--& Rusty is on the far left!)

 They all did a great job!  Fun & cute.

 And not because we don't have any at our house--in fact, we have hundreds & hundreds of crayons!  But he wanted his very own in his very own container that he doesn't have to share!

 Emmalee can be shy & timid around others.  She decided she didn't want to ask Santa for what she really wanted (a Play-Doh ice cream twist play set) because she knew it was "super expensive".

 So instead, she asked him for a My Little Pony.  

I love my kids!
