Veteran's Day Program

Our school always has an awesome program on Veteran's Day.
Each elementary class learns a song to sing, the band plays, the choir sings, & the government class participates.

Rusty's Dad & Rusty--veterans.  Rusty's dad was in the army during the Korea war, & then was in the air force during the Vietnam war.  Rusty was in the Army Reserves for 7 1/2 years.

Ethan getting ready to read his part--the Bill of Rights.

Brienna played in the band & sang in the choir.

Zane participated in the flag ceremony.  He also plays in the band, but they didn't have the beginning band play--our band director was in the hospital :(

Cutie Callum singing his song with the rest of the 3rd grade class.

Rusty's dad & Rusty :)  (thanks for all you do)

What a beautiful way to honor those who preserve the very fabric of our Nation.

The family of one of those killed at Ft. Hood live down the street from us (we don't know them) and it's been a strange and sad week seeing all the media come and go.

Thanks to your family for all the service rendered!
