Day 2--Storybook Island (Rapid City) Part 1

 Here's my poor Emmalee--she still had a bit of a fever.  (It is almost impossible to get medicine down her!!)  Zane was a trooper & said he would carry her.

 All the kids loved this fun park!  (Even the teenagers!)

 It's a free park--but they encourage $1 donation per person (which is still not very much!)

 I think Ben's grin tell's it all!  He had such a fun time.  We could have spent the whole day here!

Day 2--Dinosaur Park

 We started the day at Dinosaur Park.  It's on top of a hill in the middle of Rapid City.

 You walk up some steps & get to be by the dinosaurs.

 Of course Zane can get on top of this one!

 Callum better hold on or the dinosaur will swing him off the tail!

 Poor Emmalee had a fever (woke up with it) & didn't feel good.  She stayed down in the vehicle (down in the parking lot)

 Pamela stayed with her.

He could have stayed here longer, but we had a long day planned. 

 He loved being able to climb on them!  The weather was also over-cast so it was not too hot!

How fun!  Emmalee felt so bad that she didn't even want to sit or stand by these!

Day 1--Devil's Tower & S. Dakota

 It only took about 30 minutes, but I managed to get everything to fit!!  And we didn't have to leave any of the kids behind :D

 Going to Thermopolis--going through the tunnels!

Some of my kids have never been thru a tunnel before.

 You can't really see this, but the interstate was red for a few miles before Gillette.

 We stopped to visit with cousins that we haven't seen in many years.

Ben took his play cell phone with him so he could take pictures also.

He kept clicking & taking hundreds of pictures.

So I told Ben that if he wasn't careful he'd run out of space.  He said, "Seriously, Mom!  My space never runs out!"

Emmalee & Brienna (Emmalee wasn't feeling well--had a headache so didn't want to do much).  I think Emmalee didn't get enough to drink on top of not feeling well.
